$150 cleaning fee 

November, December, May
$4125 per month, $1540 per week - one week minimum
$150 cleaning fee

January, February, June, July, August
$3285 per month, $995 per week - one week minimum
$150 cleaning fee

Rental deposit/damage deposit of $250 required at time of reservation. 
Full rental amount due 45 days prior to occupancy date.
Rental deposit fully refundable if cancelled prior to 45 days from
occupancy date, then forfeited unless home is re-rented.
Damage deposit refunded after post-stay cleaning and inventory.
